![]() ![]() The main tool I use for melody generation is Magenta Studio. It can also help you arrange your song too ( more on that later). Just select a genre and it will give you an idea. Nonetheless, it can help you decide on the form of your song. I’m pretty sure this tool doesn’t count as true artificial intelligence. ![]() It limits some features if you don’t subscribe, but the free version will work fine for most people. ![]() For example, you see verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge, chorus A LOT.īut in the event that you want to use a tool to decide your song form, I recommend Jukeblocks.io. Because the form between songs is usually very similar. Song form is usually the most trivial task in songwriting. My personal favorite lyric's output was “ Our jackets keep the truth inside.” Vociebox generated about 90% of the lyrics in both of the songs below. After you have a decent chunk of lyrics, you can pick the lyrics that feel good for your song! Regardless of what tool you pick, I recommend editing. All you need to do is open a notepad document, add lyrics from other artists, save the file as a UTF-8, and then upload it into the Voicebox tool. With Voicebox you can use one of their pre-made “voices”, like “Radiohead” or “Adele” or you can make your own, which I would recommend. It offers word suggestions based on custom source material, similar to your phone's predictive text. Their tool, Voicebox, is a free creative keyboard for remixing language. The paid version is super good at killing writers block and has helped me finish countless songs.Ī bit more obscure (but something I've used since 2019) is Botnik. Another tool I’ve started using in the last year is LyricStudio. ![]()
